Leicester City will be looking for successive win number six in the Premier League when they welcome out-of-form Everton to the King Power Stadium on Sunday.
Brendan Rodgers’ side have kept clean sheets in each of their last four, which includes the 9-0 thrashing of Southampton at St Mary’s and a 2-0 win over Arsenal.
Meanwhile, Everton were beaten 2-0 at home by Norwich City last weekend as pressure continues to grow on Marco Silva.
In fact, the Toffees have lost six of their last nine in the league, including defeats at Bournemouth, Burnley and Brighton & Hove Albion. I can’t help but think second place Leicester City are going to be too good for them too this weekend.
Jamie Vardy has been on fire ever since Rodgers took charge of the club earlier this year and I expect him to be among the goals again this weekend against an Everton side that have kept just one clean sheet in their last 11 Premier League games.
Ayoze Perez and James Maddison are other threats in open play to cause the Everton defence problems, whilst this weekend’s visitors haven’t been dealing with set pieces too well this season either.
All in all it points to a home win. The odds aren’t too good to be honest but the game is on TV so you can watch and take in-play if need be.
