Frank Lampard goes in search of his first win at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea manager when his side welcome Brighton & Hove Albion to West London on Saturday.
The Blues are looking to rebound from their 1-2 defeat at home to Premier League leaders Liverpool last weekend, though they were unlucky at the end not to take a point as Mason Mount missed an excellent opportunity in stoppage time.
Prior to that, Lampard’s side had thrashed Wolverhampton Wanderers 5-2 at Molineux, in which Tammy Abraham helped himself to a hat-trick.
I fancy the young striker’s chances to score this weekend against a Brighton side that haven’t won since the opening day of the season. Graham Potter has got his side playing good football but I don’t see them being able to match up to most of the top six playing this way.
It should make for a very entertaining game this weekend but with the likes of Abraham, Mason Mount, Willian and Ross Barkley, I feel Chelsea’s attacking power will come out on top.
